Laura Lanci is an Award winning bilingual (Spanish-English) Actress, Singer-Composer and Dancer-Choreographer from Argentina. She was born into a family of musicians and educators and developed musical interests as well as performing arts skills at a very early age.
She has performed on Television shows such as the latin sensation "Teen Angels" (Casi Angeles), "212 Vip Show", "Dante Night Show" and participated on the film "Joker: folie à deux" directed by Todd Phillips.
In the Grammy's commercial "Bud Light Platinum" featuring Justin Timberlake and was featured on "The Water Project" by Parana Films and the "Hispanic 'Up' Chevrolet" commercial showcasing her voice over skills, nationally and internationally.
In Theater she has been a featured singer, actress and dancer in the "ACE" award (Tony equivalent) winner play "Titulares: La Voz del Pueblo", staged at The Alvear Theater in Buenos Aires and performed in over twelve professional musicals. She was a featured singer in the show "Oceania: An Underwater Journey" at The Norris Center Theater for the Performing Arts in Southern California, directed by Bella Circo Company.
She danced with La Nouvelle Danse Company winning three "Estrella de Mar" awards and the 2004 "DanzAmerica" award for "best performance" in a contemporary dance trio piece. As an Assistant Choreographer she has worked in multiple shows including "The Tango Singer" at Theater West, directed by John Lacey.
Laura studied the Dance and Choreography BFA program at (UNA) The National University of the Arts, in Buenos Aires, Argentina and the Musical Theater BFA program at (AMDA) The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, in Hollywood, California.
She holds a Voice Teacher and Vocal Coaching Certification from New York Vocal Coaching.
Laura currently resides in Los Angeles, CA, represented by Go 2 Talent Agency, where she continues to advance her knowledge and experience working in the Performing Arts as well as on TV, Films and Commercials.
She is the Vocal and Movement Studio Founder at 'Your Whole Sound', the World's Premier Studio for Singing and Movement Lessons, Vocal-Yoga, and Audition preparation.
